- Account and employee records that our customers add to Reptile Tracko, including attendance, leave, payroll and task data.
- Location, selfie and device information captured by the employee app when a company enables those features.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To provide and support the service, respond to demo and partnership requests, send product updates you have signed up for, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Employee data
For employee data held in Reptile Tracko, the employer is responsible for deciding what is collected and why; we process it on their behalf. Employees should contact their employer first with questions about their records.
Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and protect it with access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups.
