These terms govern your use of the Reptile Tracko website, web dashboard and mobile app, provided by Carecone Technologies Pvt Ltd. By using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
Company accounts are created by our team. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including the employee accounts you create.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed per employee seat for the period you choose. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Adding employees beyond your purchased seats requires an upgrade.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful workforce management purposes.
- Obtain any consent your employees must give for attendance, location or photo capture.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your data
You own the data you put into Reptile Tracko. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
