Field employees install the Reptile Tracko app on Android or iOS and check in for the day. The app records their GPS location and route during working hours, and managers see live locations, distance travelled and visit history on the web dashboard.
Can I use Reptile Tracko outside India?
Yes. Attendance, live location tracking, tasks, leave, holidays, orders and customer management work in any country, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. Payroll is built for Indian salary structures and statutory rules.
Does it track employees after working hours?
No. The app only tracks location during working hours, after the employee checks in for the day.
Can it stop fake attendance?
Yes. Geofencing only allows check-in at approved locations, and selfie or face-kiosk attendance confirms the right person is marking attendance.
Does location tracking work without internet?
Yes. Location points are saved on the phone when there is no network and synced automatically once the employee is back online.
How much does Reptile Tracko cost?
Pricing is per employee per month: office employees from ₹50 and field employees from ₹100 on yearly billing, or ₹75 and ₹150 billed monthly. There is no setup fee.
